Where to begin?
This bulletin board is a the culmination of hundreds of minutes of work, at least. A blog is a blog, a news website, a pile of rubble nowadays—but this site is something more casual than your local newspaper, and hopefully more interesting than the ramblings of the usual terminally-online and bored bourgeoisie.
Posts can be as short as a word or as long as a book. If someone is able to, wants to, then they can. There is no tracking on this site, there will be no intrusive ads served to anyone, there will be no JavaScript tomfoolery serving 14.3Mb piles of dog-shit straight to your browser.
Anyone can comment anonymously on this bulletin board, or with an identity phrase to 'claim' a comment for what it's worth. Each comment is subject to approval by an admin. Comments are a little more ephemeral than posts as the their functionality is pretty simple. Anyone can do anything that isn't really obviously illegal as long as it doesn't violate the rules, which are not written anywhere and only exist in the mind of the administrators.
There is a legend page to describe some things about the site, and there is an RSS feed for anyone who wants updates sent to their email. This site is hosted on a subdomain of another site, but it is not related—only the domain and actual server, front-end, and back-end is run by familiar faces -> this site's text administrators are someone else.
Nothing lasts forever on the internet it seems!
